Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary Foundation
The Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary Foundation was founded in 1982 to ensure that the Boys and Girls Clubs continue to play a vital role in the healthy development of kids and families in Calgary. The Foundation is a registered charitable organization that solely supports the work of Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary. The objectives of the Foundation are to promote and assist Boys and Girls Clubs, to provide and maintain facilities and to acquire property to be used for the benefit of the agency.

Robert Hagerman
- Chairman Bob, both a chartered accountant and lawyer, is a Partner with the national firm of Gowling Lafleur Henderson L.L.P. His practice focuses on tax, corporate and estate planning for owner manager and family businesses. His involvement with the Boys and Girls Clubs began in 1981 after the passing of his first wife who worked for the agency while attending university. Bob is also active with other boards including the Calgary Chapter of the Canadian Association of Family Enterprises. Married with four children, Bob enjoys participating with his family in most sports, including juggling. |

William D.
Bonner Bill, a former board member, who also met his wife at the Boys and Girls Clubs, is a Founder and Managing Director of Network Capital Inc., a Calgary-based, privately-owned venture capital fund management company. Beyond his commitments at NCI, he also serves on the boards of other public and private corporations including Dominion Resources Equity Fund. When work responsibilities subside, Bill volunteers with Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary Foundation, Trout Unlimited and the Peak Beverage sponsored annual 'Flyfish Classic'. He also coaches minor soccer, plays 'old-timer' hockey, skis and confesses to be an obsessed fly fisherman. |

Mark L. P.
Ferguson Mark is the President of Loudwater Capital Corporation specializing in corporate finance and business succession business. He has worked in the trust industry for 20 years and has served on numerous boards including Alberta Theatre Projects, Calgary Crime Stoppers and the John Howard Society. Since 1989, Mark has been an active board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary Foundation. |
| Sandy Gibson A caring and committed Calgarian, Sandy has helped support her community in a variety of volunteer roles. She was a board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary for over 10 years, holding the position of board President for two of those years. Since her retirement from the agency's board, she became involved with Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary Foundation. When Sandy isn't traveling or spending time with her family, she is actively involved in various volunteer commitments. |

Rob Solinger Since 1986, Rob has been actively involved with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Alberta, Calgary and Edmonton. He joined the Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary in 1989, where he has worn many hats, including President and Treasurer of the Board of Directors. He is currently a member of the Foundation Board. Rob is the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Ironhorse Oil & Gas Inc. In his spare time Rob enjoys skiing, golf and the company of family and friends. |
