	Ronni Abraham, Senior Director, Programs Ronni joined the Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary in September 2007. She brings a wealth of experience and is very well respected within the industry, having built a successful career in the non-profit sector since 1999 when she left university teaching. Ronni is continuously inspired by her team in the intervention area and finds working with children and youth who need the agency's help very rewarding. In her own words, Ronni believes that "we offer hope to our youth: hope for the brighter future that is within each of their grasps. Hope is the magic ingredient we add to every program or service we offer".
	Brenda Finch, Senior Director, Business Operations Brenda Finch's career in the non-profit sector spans more than 15 years. Her passion to empower children and youth to reach their fullest potential is one of the reasons why she has remained committed to working for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary. She says "I am motivated and inspired everyday when I witness the resiliency of the children we work with and how their relationships with our incredible staff help them gain the confidence to believe in themselves." Her role as Senior Director of Business Operations gives her the opportunity to connect individuals, corporations and community groups to our work and ignites their passion for helping deserving children and youth in Calgary.
	Diane Reid, Director of Donor Relations Diane has just returned to Boys and Girls Clubs, having been away for 8 years. Previously, she managed Education and Employment programs. Her new role focuses on donors. She is proud of the work done by Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary volunteers and staff, and enjoys introducing donors to the achievements of the children and youth in our programs.
