Programs

Boys and Girls Clubs work for positive change in the Calgary community by improving the lives of vulnerable children, youth and families in five areas:

  • Healthy Families
  • Optimal Youth Development and Self-Sufficiency
  • Stable and Supportive Living Environments for Youth
  • Educational Success
  • Stronger Communities

Our six Clubs are the cornerstones of their communities. The Clubs are safe, vibrant places where all kids can learn, have fun and develop a sense of belonging and personal achievement.

For children and youth in Calgary who can't live at home, we provide short and long-term shelter, counseling support and guidance for the future.

Our Food and Nutrition In Schools (FANS) program feeds thousands of hungry school children in Calgary each year, helping them to learn better and stay in school.

From a shelter for homeless teens to vital support programs in the community, our services recognize and respond to the emerging needs of kids and families; particularly those most affected by complex social and economic issues.
