Our Clubs operate in five program blocks; Two Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer.
To register, please read about our Club programs in the schedules under each location! Each Club may have a slightly different registration process, so please confirm the process by visiting the Club page.
To book your child into one of our programs, please call the club on the registration date to book an 15-minute appointments. Appointments and registration is booked on a first come first served basis.
*Please note that if you miss your appointment or are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Calgary memberships are only $50 for a full year of activities. The family rate for parents registering two or more members is just $95. To become a member, print and fill out our Club Membership Form.
Camp Adventure Registration
Registering for camp is easy! Registration begins February 1, 2017, for Members and February 15, 2017, for Non-members. (this is the first day that you can submit Camp Adventure registration forms). Please fill out the appropriate registration form to join us for residential, family camp or as a Counselor-in-Training (CIT)! We will contact you within three working days of receiving your completed Registration Form. (2017 forms coming soon).
Completed forms can be submitted with payment to your local Community Club or to our Head Office (located at 731 13th Ave NE Calgary, AB T2E 1C8). They can also be emailed to email@example.com, or faxed to 403-276-9988.
Summer Day Camps
Registration Forms can be dropped off (or blank ones picked up) with a staff member at your Community Club starting on April 1, 2017.

BGCC’s cancellation policy is to withhold an administration fee of $25 regardless of the reason for the cancellation. If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the program start date, a full refund MINUS the $25 administration fee will be provided. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the program start date, NO refund will be issued unless the cancellation is due to an illness and a doctor’s note is provided. Membership fees are non-refundable.
