Avenue 15 provides homeless and runaway youth with temporary shelter and basic needs, as well as a comprehensive support system to assist them in reuniting with their families or finding alternative living arrangements.
The Link and Launch programs provide youth with the opportunities to gain the skills and stability to be successful in other living arrangements.
Who Can Stay at Avenue 15?
- Males and females ages 12-17
Why Stay at Avenue 15?
- Access to shelter and basic needs
- Assistance reuniting with family
- Support with leaving street life behind
- Referrals to other programs that provide services such as housing, outreach, education, employment, addictions counseling, family mediation and mental health assessments.
How Do you Access the Program?
- To stay at Avenue 15 or to make a referral, call or come to the program.
