Through our Shelter services, Boys & Girls Clubs of Calgary provides temporary or urgent support for youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
If you are a youth (ages 12-17) in need of a safe place to stay, please come to Avenue 15. Located at 938 – 15 Avenue SW, Avenue 15 is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Avenue 15 provides youth experiencing homelessness with temporary shelter and basic needs, as well as a comprehensive support system to assist them in reuniting with their families or finding alternative living arrangements. Avenue 15 provides 2 programs to support youth with the opportunities to gain the skills and stability to reunify with family or be successful in other living arrangements.

What services do we offer at Avenue 15?
- Avenue 15 provides shelter and support in reconnecting youth with their family, natural supports and/or community long-term supports through family mediation, school, work, recreation, healthy living and life skill development. Avenue 15 is open 24 hours/day, 7 days a week and is accessed through the front entrance of Avenue 15.
- We also provide shelter and support for youth who are experiencing homelessness but working towards independent living through school, employment support, money management, recreation, healthy living and life skill development.
