If you are ages 16 to 24, have Children’s Services status and are transitioning out of foster care or a community group home, this program is designed for you. The Youth Transitions to Adulthood (YTA) program will help you build the skills needed to live independently while you set goals, find appropriate accommodation, enhance life skills, continue education or find jobs, build positive relationships and connect with supports in the community.

Our goal in the YTA program is to provide young people transitioning to adulthood with the support and skills needed to lead self-sufficient, successful lives.
